Terms of sale and use

These terms cover michaeljkram.com and the EPUB sold here. The site is run by M. Kram of Yelm, Washington, author@michaeljkram.com.
What you are buying
One EPUB file of Common Sense 2.0: The Mother of All October Surprises, Teaser Edition, published by Barker Publishing House in 2026. It is about 40 pages long. The book’s copyright page calls it “a promotional excerpt and summary of an upcoming full-length work.” You are buying the teaser, not the full-length work.
The price is $3.99 in US dollars, shown before you pay. Stripe processes the payment.
Delivery
After you pay, the thank-you page gives you a download button, and an email from author@michaeljkram.com brings the file as an attachment plus a personal download link. The link works as long as the payment stands. If it is refunded or reversed, the link stops.
If the file doesn’t arrive, check spam, then write to author@michaeljkram.com. A person resends it the same day.
Refunds
If the file is damaged or never reaches you and we can’t fix it, we refund the $3.99. Write to author@michaeljkram.com with the email you used at checkout.
What you may do with the file
The file has no DRM. We trust you with it. You may read it and copy it to your own phones, tablets, computers and e-readers.
You may not resell it, share the file, upload it anywhere others can download it, or pass it off as your own. Short quotations for review or discussion are fine. The author keeps all other rights, as the copyright page says.
What the book is
The book is the author’s argument and opinion. Nothing in it is legal, financial, medical or professional advice.
The contact form
Write what you like, within the law. Don’t send spam or anything you don’t have the right to send. A message doesn’t create any agreement, and we may not answer every one.
Limits
We answer for delivering a working file. For anything to do with your purchase, our total responsibility is the $3.99 you paid.
Changes
If these terms change, the date at the top changes too. The terms in force on the day you bought apply to your purchase.
